Telehealth
What is Telehealth?
Telehealth is a fancy word for online therapy.
Think ‘Skype’ or ‘Facetime’ with your therapist.
We can call zoom into staff meetings at school, talk to other professionals working with you or your child and have online sessions at a time and space that suits you.

Is it right for me?
For clients that come into the clinic, we know it can be hard to get to your appointment at times:
- Is your car broken down?
- Is a sibling sick?
- Will you be cutting it fine?
- On holidays but want to keep the momentum going?
For clients that may not live locally and still want to access high quality services with our therapists, we can help. Did you know you can access our services from ANYWHERE IN AUSTRALIA?
Telehealth means you can do your sessions online, from the convenience of your own home.
This can be for a one off session or for every session. We’ve had quite a few clients try it once and never look back!

How does it work?
Your therapist will send a link to your email and at your normal appointment time just click in and attend your session from the living room.
That’s it!

How much does it cost?
Telehealth or online sessions are exactly the same amount as traditional, face to face sessions. There is no additional fee for this option.
NDIS clients can also access Telehealth with our therapists.
Please call or email our clinic for our standard pricelist.

Can I change my mind?
Of course!
At Real Therapy Solutions we are dedicated to providing the best possible service to help our clients achieve their goals. If online sessions are not working for you or your child, we can revisit how and where the sessions are held at any time. The choice is yours.

Tell me more?
If you’d like to know more please discuss with your therapist at your next appointment. Alternatively call or email our clinics and we can talk through how Telehealth could work for you.
We can give you advice about the technology and set up required (it’s not much!). We can also have a quick practice run to make sure everything is working or see how it feels.
