Provisional Psychologist/Behaviour Support Practitioner
Sarah has a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a Graduate Diploma of psychology, and a Masters of Professional psychology. Sarah has experience working with people of all ages from school aged children to older adults. She has a passion working with individuals and their family’s providing quality, evidence-based practice, in psychological therapy. Sarah has a background in disability, marginalised populations, teaching, family therapy, psychoeducation, trauma (PTSD), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. She also understands that the different cultural perspectives are important and has years of experience working with Indigenous Australian Peoples.
Sarah can assist by:
Conducting psychological assessments and implementing psychological interventions for a wide range of mental health concerns and disorders.
Conduct formal and informal psychological testing.
Assist in developing goals that will maximise quality of life for individuals and their families.
Provide support and teach skills to improve an individual’s quality of life, whilst maintaining client centred care.
Registered as a provisional psychologist with AHPRA
