Clinic Manager/ Organisational Psychologist
With over 24 years of experience in human services, Emma is an experienced professional who brings together a passion for organisational development with a focus on person and organisation focussed approaches. As an Organisational Psychologist, Emma understands the importance of the engagement of the individual, the organisation, support networks and stakeholders in the delivery of quality, sustainable services.
Emma has worked successfully with a broad range of stakeholders to build commitment to cultural change initiatives including learning and development approaches, capability enhancement, and staff attraction, selection and engagement processes.
Emma is passionate about supporting the implementation of initiatives that not only enhance the culture of the organisation but also improve the quality of services provided and attract new talent to the human services sector. Finding strategic methods to enhance staff engagement and a feeling of ‘joy’ in their roles is particularly rewarding. In addition, as psychologist, Emma believes in seeking the evidence base for practice and also thrives on translating this into tangible, practical strategies; supporting individuals and organisations to reach their potential.
Throughout her years in the human services sector, Emma has gained significant experience in the provision of behaviour intervention and support services, with over 20 years supporting people with challenging behaviours, supervising Psychologists and Behaviour Support practitioners.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (B.B. Sc.)
- Master’s Degree in Psychology (MOrg.)
- Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training
· SHL Personality and Ability Assessment (OPQ and Ability Assessments) certification
· Hogan Assessment Certification – HPI, HDS and the MVPI
· Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment & Training
