Wendi Sheldon

Registered Psychologist
Wendi is a Registered Psychologist with over 10 years of experience conducting various assessments and psychological interventions with adults, older adults, adolescents and children. She has extensive experience working with Victims of Crime, and she also supports individuals and carers in the disability sector.
Wendi’s sessions provide a non-judgemental client focussed holistic approach to counselling and interventions, using guided imagery, solution focussed and positive psychology techniques as well as CBT, to support and encourage her clients in their developmental journey.
Wendi can assist by:
- Conducting diagnostic assessments for autism
- Conducting mental health assessments for anxiety, depression and other issues
- Developing individualised therapy programs to assist with anxiety, PTSD, grief and loss, depression, addictions, phobias, work related issues and burnout, and social skills development
- Helping Victims of Crime to get their lives back
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
- Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology
- Specialised Training in Deep Relaxation, Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focussed Therapy
